To qualify for bulk pricing tiers, the minimum order quantity is 50 plants across any combination of categories. Orders below 50 plants will be charged at standard retail prices.
We require a 50% advance payment to confirm and initiate the processing of your bulk order. The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to dispatch or upon delivery.
Transportation costs are calculated separately based on the delivery location, vehicle size required, and total weight. We use trusted logistics partners to ensure safe transit.
All plants are professionally packed with intact root balls, coco-peat moisture retention, and secure netting to ensure they remain healthy and undamaged during long-distance transit.
Standard bulk orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Very large orders (1000+ plants) or rare species may require 7-10 days of lead time for proper sourcing and packing.
If any plant arrives damaged or dies within 3 days of delivery (due to transit shock, not improper planting), we will replace it free of charge on your next order.
